This web page has been established to
allow industry to express interest in receiving the SBInet “Prime Mission Products” Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Boeing
Supplier Management and Procurement (SM&P) organization. Please note that this site only supports Microsoft
Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher as the web browser... no other browsers (e.g., BlackBerry, Camino, Firefox, Navigator,
Opera, Safari, etc.) are supported. Use of other browsers may result in an error and failure
to send/receive the desired information.
Respondents should review the list of open Prime Mission Products RFPs, select the item of interest, and click the “Submit Interest” link,
which will take them to a second web page where they will be required to enter their contact information.
Note that only one product may be selected at a time. The list also contains the release date/time and the
due date/time of each RFP. Submittals of interest will be limited to seven days after the item release date.
RFP packages will be issued to respondents seven days after the RFP opportunity release date. Respondents should note that, if invited to bid on a given RFP, they must submit
(specific instructions to be provided by responsible Boeing SM&P Procurement Agent) their proposal and all supporting
documentation not later than the due date/time of the selected RFP. In the event of a discrepancy between the proposal due date/time
listed on this web site and that listed in the Bidder Instructions included with the RFP transmittal email,
the due date/time listed in the Bidder Instructions shall prevail. Please do not submit emails requesting status
of your inquiry, as there is no guarantee that a response will be provided.
